Growing up in Montreal, Linda, a registered nurse, travelled internationally with her then husband, an E.N.T surgeon.In 1981, she came to Dubai to set up a surgical clinic before deciding to leave medicine behind after 25 years, and venture into the world of real estate.In 1986, she established her own property agency, Better Homes, which she successfully shaped into the leading real estate agency in the Middle East.Linda is still actively involved as the CEO of what is now a family business that includes both her son and her daughter; she continues to be one of the chief commentators on the UAE property industry and is a dynamic member of the Dubai business community.
